How pricing works
There is no price list, because two yards of the same size can differ a lot. Here is what decides the number, and when you get it.
What decides the price
The length of woods edge matters more than the size of the lawn.
How much of the yard borders woods or brush
How many sides of the property I treat
Ticks only, or ticks and mosquitoes
Access: gates, fences, steep ground, stone walls
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
It lists each zone I will treat, the number of visits and the season total, in writing.
Includes: the yard walk, the map, every visit, re-treatment as stated
Doesn't include: indoor pest work, termites, lawn care or clearing brush
What happens at the visit
The first visit is the walk and the map. You approve the written estimate before any treatment, and treatment starts on the date we set.
When you get the number
In writing, a flat figure for the season, before any work starts. If the yard changes after that, I quote the change before I do it.
