A visit
Zones I treat, and zones I leave alone
The map from the walk lists every zone under one of these two headings.
Treated
The band where lawn meets woods, shrub borders, stone-wall lines and the edge of leaf litter under trees.
Applied to the label, by a licensed applicator
Kept off plants in flower, to protect pollinators
Left alone
Vegetable beds, play surfaces, ponds and birdbaths, and anything you ask me to skip.
Marked on your map, with a buffer
Moved to a note if the yard changes

Between visits
If they come back, so do I
Call or text within 30 days of a visit and I will come back and re-treat the same zones at no charge.
What is covered
The zones I treated, one re-treatment per visit.
What can void it
A change after the walk, like a new brush pile or cleared woods, or a zone you asked me to skip.
What it is not
A promise of no ticks or no mosquitoes. Results vary with the yard and the season.
Terms: 30 days from the visit, treated zones only, once per visit.
Ask for the label first
Ask for the label and the product list before the first visit. I will send both.
